La réunion intergouvernementale sur la création d'une plate-forme de gestion des oies européenne sous les auspices de l'AEWA se tiendra les 11 et 12 mai 2016 à Paris, France, à l'aimable invitation du Ministère de l'Écologie, de l'Énergie, du Développement Durable et de la Mer (MEEDDM).
