The Secretariat of the Agreement on the Conservation of African-Eurasian Migratory Waterbirds (UNEP/AEWA) is pleased to inform you that the Republic of Armenia will become a Contracting Party to AEWA as of 1 July 2020.

This accession will bring the total number of Parties to 81.

The UNEP/AEWA Secretariat is delighted to welcome the Republic of Armenia to the AEWA Family and looks forward to working closely with the Government and relevant stakeholders on the implementation of the Agreement.
